First off I would like to thank all those well wishes and prayers during my health crisis. After surgery removing 20 inches of my colon, the Dr. called with with the pathology report and I'm now Cancer Free! And no colostomy bag! Sore as heck, but I'll take it. Most of us here are guy's in their later years. Don't do what I did and wait until it got to the size of a baseball. Get a colonoscopy...it just could save your life. We are all males about the same age here. Sorry about the "Off-Topic", but if this message helps ONE person, it's worth it
Love you all , Jerry

Jerry, So glad to hear things are on the upswing. Keep on keepin' on bro!
I've had a colonoscopy a couple years ago and all is well. I am likely due again in a few more years.

Jerry: Great news. Let me second your advice---get a colonoscopy. My Dad did not and died of colon cancer at 64. I have had colonoscopies since I was 40. Twice in that time they removed precancerous polyps. Colonoscopy does not hurt, is not humiliating. It can and will save your life.
