Yea, just farting around, an thought, how can I make a cheap parts stand, just for small parts, what have I got around the house? SO! bingo it hit me, I have an old cribbage board, and some plastic sprue, and loads of wood'n match sticks, check it out: OK, I use a cribbage board for building Kustom BB headers, that's another tip all together, well as you can see I only need part of it, so I cut off what would work: Took some wood matches, an well just plugged them into the holes, after I cut the tops offa them: Or you could use some old plastic sprue, which I have a big box full, cut it to any size you feel comfortable with, as you will have to pluck them out, file/sand/grind one end down, till they fit nice and snug in the hole, leave some spare grind at the end, so if it should snap on ya, you have a lil piece to grab to pull out the broke off piece, heck ya could even use a wire coat hanger, with a roach, errrrr I mean a gator clip on the end... VOLLA!, ok so you get the idea, here is how you would mount the piece to your, tooth pick/plastic sprue, take a piece of tape, stick one corner of the tape to the holder, give it a twist, so that the sticky side is back to facing you, then wrap, yea around the holder, not to tight but not to lose, you can work out that part,

Here is a small lil improvement, for this lil parts holder, (1) Take piano wire, cut it about 3/4" or 1/2" long, then stuff one end into the end of a match stick, drill a lil hole in your part, a lil dip of glue, slide the part over the piano wire, Vola!. (2) I got these lil, about 1/4" cloth line clips from Wal-Mart, bag of 50 or so, about 2.20 after taxes, take,em and either tape them, or use some wood glue, and glue them on the side of the match stick, then take a piece of sprue, an glue it to the back/ side, ?, of your lil part, and Vola, clip it to the top, or off to the side of th cloths pin, once it gets, mucked up with to much paint, just toss it in the trash, and make another one:

Ok, the mini part's paint stand ready for action, already used it, works great, I just used Elmers glue to attach the mini cloths pins to the wooden matches...
