Last August my wife and I "downsized" to a townhome in a Senior community. The basement had two unfinished bedrooms, meaning I had one room that was available for a hobby room. The remodeling is done and I thought you might like to see the hobby room. It is virtually done, but still has some work to be done. Because the room was unfinished I had the opportunity to vent the spray booth through the wall rather than out a window. I also was able to install an exhaust fan in the ceiling that moves about 300 CFM and is extremely quiet. At the other end of the room was a "wet wall" giving the opportunity to install a sink. I used the cabinets that had been removed from the kitchen during the remodel. Like I said, the room still has some work to be done but is up and running. It is the room that I have wanted for years. Hope you like it.

Great looking room. I'm sure you already had a model project that you plan to work on soon. Barry

Got a couple in mind Barry. The major one is a diorama of a railroad car based diner with a cruise-in going on in the parking lot. Also have to build two or three more cars for the diorama. I'm hoping to get started shortly after the first of February and will post a WIP then. Thanks for the interest.

What I wouldn't give for a place like that. You're a lucky man.
