Last August my wife and I "downsized" to a townhome in a Senior community. The basement had two unfinished bedrooms, meaning I had one room that was available for a hobby room. The remodeling is done and I thought you might like to see the hobby room. It is virtually done, but still has some work to be done.
Because the room was unfinished I had the opportunity to vent the spray booth through the wall rather than out a window. I also was able to install an exhaust fan in the ceiling that moves about 300 CFM and is extremely quiet.
At the other end of the room was a "wet wall" giving the opportunity to install a sink. I used the cabinets that had been removed from the kitchen during the remodel.
Like I said, the room still has some work to be done but is up and running. It is the room that I have wanted for years. Hope you like it.
