Bill, What exactly does this mean? Would this be a monthly contest or anything from our previous builds? Dave

Bill, What exactly does this mean? Would this be a monthly contest or anything from our previous builds? Dave Dave, Any build new or old would be eligible, preferably within the past couple years. Around the 20th, Members could submit 3 pics. to a m.o.m. thread. max. size 800x 600 each. Around the 25th, I'd put up a poll so everyone could vote. On the last day of the month, We would have our m.o.m. winner. Winner gets recognition, Model displayed in header for the month, And maybe a certificate. Basically it could add momentum to the forum, and bragging rights to the winner.

Sweet deal Bill! I like this concept. We can use models we have built and no monthly build pressure.

Contests are fine as they both promote putting fotos up and keep a degree of interest in the hobby. My difficulty is when a highly detailed "stock" build comes up against a custom, a full race vehicle, a rat rod, etc. I like the theme idea, where each contest (monthly or less often) puts like against like, brings out more variety and helps create wider skills and interest.
