here is the way i build my optima battery's take some short pieces of 5/32 evergreen styrene then rough cut them into 6 don't have to be equal pieces glue them on to a piece of flat styrene in a six form of the thickness u wait the top to be. now after there dry cut them all the same length. then finally round the corner paint n add the details as desired..

nice how to model junky. Lots of cars are doing the optimas battery's now. and this is a cheap way to put them in the builds.
