I built these a while ago. I bought several of these kits from Len of Fantastic Plastics for $1.75 each. I like these kits except for the seam down the middle of the body. I took one kit and rusted it and the other I hot rodded. After sanding and filling it I painted it Testors Lime Ice and added the decals. The Skull scoop is from our own Bill, I love these skulls, many thanks bro!!!! I kept the stock tires and added the reverse wheels and the mags and scratch built the headers. I added the red beads for eyes and the green wiring. It was a fun kit to build. I hope you like it and feel free to leave a comment. Dave ’32 Skull Roadster ’32 Rusty Roadster The only things I changed from box stock was the tail lights, exhaust, wiring, and wheels. I also removed some body at the bottom and lowered the chassis into the body and added windshield glass.

Both fine work. Considering the "basic" nature of the very old kit, they look great. If I had to judge, I think I prefer the rustified one, thanx!

These simple style older kits can take you back in time as you build them... Oh the joys to relive from childhood. Nice work Dave, What a treat! Thanks for the plug on the skull! Bill
