Hello Everyone!!!

Greetings everyone! My name is Chuck and I am a short-time listener, first-time caller from Louisville, KY. Originally from Chicago, I have been model car building for the past 25 years! When I was young, I built cars just to destroy them, but after years of therapy (and my parents forcing me to start buying my own toys), I decided to start displaying my collection on shelves. I now have over 160 models ranging from street rods of all decades to Indy/F1, Lemans, and Dragster level cars of today.

I was invited to join this board by rustyrat1960 and I glad to be here... I am currently finishing up on 4 projects: 1984 Kenwood Porsche 956C, 1985 Jagermeister Porsche 956C, 1995 Castrol Tom's Toyota Supra, and 1998 Mobil One Honda NSX. After these are done, I only have a stock of 144 left in my closet!

I have seen some real talent out here and only hope to learn from this "university"....

Welcome Chuck. Things are a little slow here and on most other boards now, but that'll change. It always slows down in the spring. Although I mostly build cars pre 1965 I still can appreciate the work that ppl put into the newer kits, so post up some for us to see.
