I spent most off last year learning different weathering techniques, this was done using the salt method.
Chopped with weld beads, channeled and frame shortened. Wooden bed with p.e bolt heads, gas tank, Mexican blanket seat cover. Detailed the engine as much as I could. The p.e throttle linkages was very tricky to work with. Only thing I'm not to keen on is the wheels. I should've weathered these up a bit or put wide whites and skinny's on it. Oh well, next time...

The easiest way to describe the rusting is to show you, I'll do up a tutorial so you can see exactly how it's done. I don't have any wip pics for this build but I do have some weathering pics from another build.
