This is the Revell Germany release of this kit. I modeled it after my Uncle Al's car. I had planned on doing a few things to it, but the kit is not simple and I ended up happy just to have completed it. At the end, few parts would fit properly without adjustments/drilling/trimming/cutting of some sort. It is mostly box stock with flocking and Alclad being the only "adjustments" I made to the kit.

A very good job with an imperfect kit. I have it, unbuilt too. Your fotos ahow its strengths and weaknesses. If there's one place that could've been better, the design and model's reproduction of the windshield/side windows are "chunky-looking." Thanx for a very special model. We don't see enuf sports cars at these sites!!

Thanks, man. Yeah, the window frames are chunky and it was something of a pain in the butt, but I'm glad to have it on my shelf
