1937 Ford Coupe

I just finished this kit this morning. I don't believe I did a WIP on it because I was so tied up with the remodeling and finishing the new hobby room.











This is an older Revell kit and for the most part is a really nice build. The interior, however, gave me ulcers with a number of fit issues. All in all though it was a fun kit to build. Hope you guys like it.

Russ: When you get around to this kit you will find that the chassis goes together great. I would suggest though that you mount the firewall early on before painting the body as it gets a little fiddly.

Likewise the interior has some fit and mounting issues. I had a real fight with the door panels in particular. The shape of the flat panels did not match up to the curve of the body until I used epoxy and some serious clamping.

Overall though, this is a fun kit and builds into what I think is a pretty good looking period hot rod. Enjoy!
