this is NOT my build...i seen this a the NNL last april and want to know how to make on of these tarps and the supples needed to do so plz...

Troy, I am not 100% on this but here is my go at. Tissue or blue paper towels mechanics and such us.Like the ones at a service station window cleaner boxes.. Cut deired shape of tarp you want . White glue and water mixture. (Elmers glue mixed with water to make it real thin.) If doing a top cover like in the pic. Place model in plastic bag or use plastic wrap to cover model from glue. Soak the paper towel or such in the glue. Do this by laying flat and brushing on till soaked into the towel. Lift up carefully and place onto item covering. Work into place to desired shape. Corners can be rolled, folded or Set aside and let dry. If more glue is needed after you shape brush on before setting aside. After dry lift off and remove plastic wrap. Can paint or weather as needed...
