Prior to my retirement I was assigned to the East Los Angeles area. ELA is arguably the lowrider capital of the world. I always thought that CHP was missing a great public relations opportunity by not having a lowrider unit available for functions. I finally built one and here it is.

There it is; not how it was, but how it should have been.

Nice paint job as well.
